eSense arabia recently held a one month training program for Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) team, in order to help BSF project and management teams and enforce best practices and methodologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of their work.

eSense arabia provided comprehensive training for project managers, team members, executives and administrators on EPM's robust project management tools, to help BSF gain visibility, insight, and control over work, in addition to enhancing decision-making capabilities, improving alignment with business strategy, maximizing resource utilization, and increasing operational efficiency. 

Moreover, the training focused on Team Foundation Server, through which BSF development team can share project plans, work products, and progress assessments easily and intuitively, in addition to VSTS client tools to help BSF enforce best practices and utilize optimization tools. The training also covered SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), designed to support a wide variety of reporting needs, thus enabling BSF team to deliver relevant information where needed across the entire enterprise.
