Esense declares a 9% increase in employees’ salaries

Esense software, a leading Jordanian software provider and a Microsoft gold partner, held its Annual Action Plan Dinner at Le Meridian Amman, on Tuesday the 25th of March, where attendees from both employees and the management team, discussed the companies future strategy plans, its human resource developments, and focused on emerging opportunities in Jordan and the Gulf Region.

During the event the Esense team welcomed new members, encouraging all employees to provide feedback and discuss future strategies, in order to maintain the informational consistency and transparency that Esense strives to keep flowing between the management and employees, in addition to benefiting from creative and innovative individuals that contribute to pushing Esense forward.

In line with Esense’s growth strategy, the Company is adding to its growing team by creating hundreds of opportunities for talented job seekers and IT specialists both locally and regionally. Esense employees are also witnessing a 9% salary increase; the highest in the IT sector, in addition to added transportation allowances, in addition to other benefits all aimed at raising their living standards.
