Fleet®, is a web-based enterprise fleet management system built to facilitate the work at any organization dealing with fleets and fleet management on routine basis. By providing the right tools for such organizations, Fleet® allows them to organize and manage their daily operations in an automated manner, even operations involving a large number of individuals. The system does so with a clear understanding of the importance of maintaining a high level of monitoring and security over the working team and their tasks.

High Level Features
Vehicles Management and Dispatching
  • Managing and maintaining rich set of vehicles basic information, registration details, insurance details, warranty details.
  • Managing, tracking, and logging of vehicles’ transactions and activities including: accidents, fuel filling, car washing, and traffic violations.
  • Managing drivers’ basic information, skills, traffic violations, and driving licenses.
  • Managing vehicles parks’ information, locations, structure, and providing the ability to assign vehicles and drivers for each park.
  • Managing transportation orders. That includes: identifying needed vehicles, purposes and time periods, distributing orders to vehicle parks either manually or automatically, and allocating fleet resources.
  • Managing and tracking vehicles movements.
Fleet Maintenance
  • Managing workshops’ basic information, and providing the ability to assign technicians for each workshop.
  • Managing technicians’ basic information, skills, availability and rates.
  • Managing preventive maintenance plans.
  • Managing and tracking preventive maintenance services for each vehicle.
  • Managing work orders. That includes: identifying needed jobs and repairs, distributing orders to either internal or external workshops, implementation and quality checking.
  • Managing and controlling the manpower inside the organization’s workshops by monitoring assigned tasks, attendance and performance on daily bases.
GPS Tracking
  • Having the ability to integrate with any GPS tracking system that provides the following information:
    • Location of vehicle (in form of absolute longitude and latitude).
    • Speed of vehicle.
    • Direction of vehicle.
  • Pylon Fleet is currently integrated with Pergo GPS tracking system that provides basic services and information that any GPS tracking system can provide, in addition to special abilities like:
    • Excessive speed control.
    • Sudden acceleration and deceleration control.
    • Running time control.
    • Idle time control.
    • Access to determined geographical coordinates.
    • Track temperature of a vehicle.
    • Track the opening/closing of the fuel lid, ensuring no theft/attack is performed.
    • Track the opening/closing of the engine hood, ensuring no tampering is performed.
    • Pergo devices can be connected to an external security alarm button.
    • Pergo devices can be connected to an external cameras.
    • Pergo devices can be extended to support RFID card readers.
    • Pergo devices can be equipped with LCD display units and keypads.
    • Support for the major map format: MapInfo.
    • Support for web based map services, which are:
      • Microsoft
      • Yahoo
      • Google
Alerts and Notifications, Search, Reports, and Dashboard
  • Alerts and notifications of certain system events, among these are: vehicles registrations expiry, vehicles Insurance expiry, drivers’ license expiry, and not processed vehicles and drivers’ traffic violations.
  • Providing one place, full scene, live monitoring, and overall status for the fleet system. That include: total active vehicles and drivers, total transportation order requests, total work orders, vehicles, drivers, and parks utilization indicators, and vehicles departing and returning schedules.
  • Providing variety of bilingual reports to meet the continuous demands of having different types of reports on different system modules. That includes providing customized reports based on language of preference, formatting, paper dimensions, margins, data style/layout, and the type of data that’s needed.
  • Providing a fully fledged English/ Arabic search engine component. That includes providing basic search filters and advanced search filters on the system’s major components.
