Position: .Net Team Lead



Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include managing the development team, reviewing estimates, creating and reviewing software design documents, identifying and designing software components, setting up the development environment, conducting code reviews, coordinating project deliverables with project manager, and some staff management responsibilities including the participation in the review process.


You will receive four-week specialized training by Delivery Excellence Unit upon joining esense


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline with information technology focus.
  • Minimum of five years of experience, with at least one year leading a technical team.
  • Experience in working inline of a known software development lifecycle
  • Strong command of English, written and spoken

Major Plus:


  • MCAD.net, MCSD.net or MCPD.net
  • Hands on experience on MSF
