The greatest challenge in creating an atmosphere of high productivity lies in the fact that we have a young and energetic community. Finding ways to create a healthy and productive environment is quite an amusing and charging activity in itself. All of our young esensers get the chance to participate in it. The younger generation of Computer Science students are in the focus of esense. We participate in career day events in the hope of finding the talented in the yet-to-be professional community. We also provide training and internships for undergraduates.
