System Analysis Lead

I am responsible for soliciting clients requirements, analyzing them, suggesting solution and approach, and then producing proper documentation for the analysis

Software Architect

I am responsible for leading and coordinating technical activities and artifacts throughout the project, developing the general architecture of the system as well as the detailed design of each component

Graphical Design Lead

I am responsible for designing the look and feel for the system screens, ensuring that screens are consistent and easy to use and flow correctly in different cases and that they deliver all functionalities required by the analyst and architect.

Technical Team Lead

I am responsible for providing technical sponsorship, following up on project issues, and coordinating all technical activities between team members.

Security Manager

I am responsible for reviewing security procedures, system architecture and applications to insure its security and appliance with client requirements

Database Designer

I am responsible for designing the database entities, relationship and constraints. I was also responsible for developing stored procedures and developing data management policies

Quality Lead

I am responsible for ensuring the quality of the deliverables, which involved evaluating the system against various criteria, and conducting all needed test types and reporting issues consistently and timely to the team and client when needed.

Software Developer

I am responsible for developing the system components against documented specifications, then conducting unit testing and finally conducting integration followed by integration and system testing.

System Administration

I am responsible for providing System Administration support during application deployment and delivery of the project

Technical Writer

I am responsible for producing and reviewing end-user support material such as user guides, help texts, release notes, and so on.
