June 2009 - eSense, the leading provider of IT-based business solutions, recently teamed up with a key Turkish technology trendsetter, Fideltus Advanced Technologies, to create a new joint venture under the name Fideltus Technology.
Fideltus Technology will be a pioneering proprietor of advanced niche technologies with distinctive features, primarily in the fields of communication, security and content. Core technologies will be geared toward virtually any industry, with a prime focus on military and defense, education, telecommunication and health sectors.
Over the past few years, eSense and Fideltus have enjoyed a prosperous growth in sales and fortified their global presence. This partnership comes as a culmination of previous dealings in hopes of allowing the two companies to achieve greater equities in targeted markets. With the new partnership agreement, Fideltus Technology will become an official representative and reseller for Fideltus Advanced Technologies in Middle East and North Africa region, with exclusivity privileges over this market. Fideltus Technology will also rely on eSense’s extensive experience in the MENA market to promote their existing products and newly co-developed offerings for the region.
Commenting on the founding of the new venture, Mohannad Itayem, who currently heads eSense Arabia, eSense’s KSA branch, and will also manage the activities of Fideltus Technology, said: “We are quite thrilled with this new venture, which has taken eSense’s fingerprint even further across the world map. We are more than certain that Fideltus Technology will quickly become the definitive developer of advanced niche technologies in the region and beyond.”
It is worth noting that eSense had experienced a substantial growth over the last couple of years, which saw them increasing their scope of operations and penetrate various markets in the region, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and UAE. This latest collaboration comes to reaffirm the company’s relentlessness toward furthering its network of partnerships and taking its expansion to other markets as well.
