Responsibilities
The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

Qualifications
- End to end Product Management experience of software / web technologies.
- Demonstrable experience of gathering design requirements and converting them into a product vision.
- Hands-on developing Internet products and technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a team to rapidly produce prototypes and iterations.
- Entrepreneurial drive with appreciation of user-experience, business, and commercial issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong quantitative analytical abilities.
- Excellent general technical skills.
- Understanding of the Internet, Search Engine, and On-Line
- Advertising spaces.
- Excellent English written and verbal skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field required; Masters or PhD preferred.
- MBA degree is preferred.
