Responsibilities
- To coordinate and lead the process to implement ERP business solutions.
- To be liaison between business process requirements / opportunities and underlying systems capabilities, analyze existing systems and process and devise notable enhancements.
- To offer cross functional expertise in Supply chain management operations, warehousing, purchasing, distribution, accounting, human resources, customer relationship management (CRM), and fleet management.
- To create and document the business processes and functional requirements and all aspects of client support during system development and implementation.
- To design and implement eSense ERP solutions for customers and carry out projects in the most successful manner in respect to time, scope and budget.
- To prepare and conduct pre-sales activities for eSense ERP offerings.
- To develop and deliver ERP training programs for customers.
Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science or Software Engineering or related discipline with information technology focus.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the same job scope of work

- Knowledge of Project Management
- Excellent Arabic & English Communication Skills
