Business Development Manager (Qatar)
|
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for prospecting and calling on organizations, meeting with business owners and decision makers to introduce them with company's IT project services and solutions.
- Provide active support in achieving company's financial revenue targets.
- Provide services through offering requested information to the clients.
- Conduct Performance Appraisal reviews for subordinates
- Plan daily, weekly, monthly and annual activities.
- Organize work schedules based on priorities
- Control resources as per work requirements
- Monitor resources and performance of the team.
- Develop marketing programs in coordination with the marketing team to enhance company image and market recognition.
- Define and set lead generation strategy and work closely with the supervisor and direct reports to ensure its proper implementation. Follow-up and follow-through the strategy.
- Develop and manage any business development campaigns that drive new business opportunities.
- Prepare response to customer RFP (Request for Proposal).
- Maintain and manage good relationship with the clients.
- Liaison & coordinate with sales and presales to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and report the key information and metrics to the Business Development Director.
- Create an environment for the business development team that fosters challenge and target achievements.
- Display thorough leadership and evaluate in house and external services.
- Train and guide subordinates and grow their knowledge and skills.
- Share all types of knowledge with different team members.
