Account Manager (Qatar / UAE)

Responsibilities:
- Create and develop ongoing business relationships with business clients.
- Ensure service delivery mandate is achieved by understanding and communicating the client service requirements internally.
- Handle a complete client account in different locations, serve as a primary contact for the client and maintain the implementation of services agreement line.
- Grow revenue goals for assigned accounts, planning sales, business development opportunities, negotiation and maintenance of sales.
- Achieve sales revenue targets assigned.
- Conduct direct meetings with clients, including their decision makers and oversee the administration of an account.
- Understand the client environment, key business drivers and how to make them successful.
- Maintain and grow appropriate strong mid-level client relationships.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions.
- Conduct Performance Appraisal reviews for subordinates.
- Plan daily, weekly, monthly and annual activities.
- Organize work schedules based on priorities
- Control resources as per work requirements
- Monitor resources and performance of the team.
- Oversee the creation of program specific creative strategies, offer strategies, relationship strategies and testing strategies.
- Proactively provide solutions that contribute to the client success.
- Lead by setting the right example for the team and client.
- Provide clear direction on assignments.
- Delegate authority and get involved as appropriate.
- Manage client expectations effectively pushing back when necessary.
- Provide value and serve as a marketing partner to the Client.
- Implement and assure the right implementation of the strategic plans.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions.
- Develop annual scope of work to guide efforts with clients.
- Actively manage the team providing guidance, establishing goals and providing feedback on regular basis.
- Share all types of knowledge with different team members.
