Mr. Samer Maslamani has more than 12 years of practical experience in the software industry; he joined eSense in 2004, guiding the company's growth through technology investments, new product lines, and strategic partnerships.

Mr. Maslamani is responsible for establishing the company's policies, objectives and initiatives, directing strategic long-term vision and plan, establishing responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives, and reviewing operations and financial statements to evaluate achievement of objectives.

In addition, he has an extended knowledge in creating and developing internal processes and standards for development. Prior to eSense he worked in Aregon, iHorizons, ONEWORLD Solutions, Palestinian International Bank, and Jordan Computer Center.

Mr. Maslamani holds a Bsc in Computer Science from The University of Jordan- Jordan.

Mr. Mohammed Abu Hadhoud is a Cofounder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of eSense.

He is responsible for managing eSense technology decisions and architecture. Abu Hadhoud is also managing the DEU (Delivery Excellence Unit) which is devoted to reliably enriching and applying cutting-edge processes and procedures to continue eSense’s unique venture of providing top-notch deliverables to our clients, guaranteeing to focus on addressing the needs for elevating and optimizing the performance of eSense’s delivery engine.

Abu Hadhoud has been in the IT industry for over 10 years as a software engineer, analyst, technical team leader, systems architect, project manager and program manager. His experience includes small startups and large enterprise application development.

Abu Hadhoud holds PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF),  Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS),  Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD), Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD) and Microsoft Certified professional (MCP) certificates.

Mr. Abu Hadhoud holds a BSc in Computer Science from Princess Sumaya University for Technology-Jordan.

Mr. Mohammad Banat is a one of the cofounders of eSense software, and continues to be the company's main driving force.

He has more than 9 years of practical experience serving public and private sectors entities both in Jordan and USA, including; Jordan University, Royal Scientific Society, and Global Filings Inc – New York.

Mr. Banat has an extensive background in the software industry; he worked on the implementation of eSense’s major solutions, as well as managing multiple technical teams into successful delivery of hi-tech applications, while managing risks, and communicating with clients.

Mr. Banat holds a BSc in Computer Science from Princess Sumaya University for Technology-Jordan.

Mr. Samir Abu Ghosh is responsible for guiding and managing multiple teams working on the development of software solutions and products provided by eSense.

Mr. Abu Ghosh has been occupied with the software industry for more than 9 years, managing teams into successful delivery of award-winning solutions, with solid background and experience in governmental solutions, procurement business, stock markets, financial brokerage business, ERP/GRP solutions, and Content Management Systems (CMS).

Prior to eSense Mr. Abu Ghosh worked on many projects, eGovernmental and private ones in the United States, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, U.A.E and Oman . He is an expert in creating and developing internal processes and standards for development, ensuring excellence in delivery.

In addition to his role in the delivery engine, Mr. Abu Ghosh works with the business development team and eSense management in setting the company-wide strategy and directions, and in positioning esense as a leading software provider in the region.
 
Mr. Abu Ghosh holds a BSc in Computer Science from Philadelphia University-Jordan.

Mr. Wael Quader is responsible for guiding and monitoring the Professional Services Unit at eSense.

Mr. Quader has more than 10 years of experience in the software industry, managing multiple projects for public and private sectors’ entities, on solutions covering Mail Circulation, Banking Middleware Integration, Logistic, Revenue Management, Portals and Public eServices.

Prior to eSense Mr. Quader worked as a Senior Project Manager/Product Manager; managing multiple and simultaneous projects into successful delivery for some of the major public and private entities in the region.

Part of his duties included managing the road map of a Taxation solution where product features are defined, benchmarked, and pipelined within the product’s future releases.

Mr. Quader holds a BSc in System Engineering and an MSC in Information System Management from Richmond, The American International University- London.

Mrs. Mais Arab is a Human Resources professional with over 10 years of experience in the field during which she worked with local and international corporates including Zain, Capital Bank & Emaar Properties.

Mrs. Arab holds two master degrees one in Translation and the other is an MBA degree with concentration on HR. She has worked on all aspects of HR, such as, Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits, HR Policies and Procedures, Talent Management and many other areas of expertise within the HR field.

 Mr. Mohannad Itayem possesses thorough knowledge of business management and technology utilization which, throughout a career of over 13 years in  contributing to the delivery of success and growth to several clients in the Middle East, Europe, and the US.

Mr. Itayem has a solid understanding of the critical success factors  of IT services business – a knowledge he has efficiently administered in key projects in the region and yielded outstanding results. In particular, his successful administration has contributed to a better organizational structure and operational efficacy to wide base of clients.

Additionally, Mr. Itayem has combined his business expertise with a strong knowledge of strategic planning and organizational growth and so as to serve the needs of various industries including government, healthcare, education, finance, aviation, amongst others. Mr. Itayem is also well-experienced in managing privatization projects, having worked with international organizations to set forth thorough feasibility studies for future projects in the region.

In 2009, Mr. Itayem became General Manager of eSense in Saudi Arabia (eSense Arabia), bringing with him solid competencies not only in IT and business solutions, but also in adept leadership and team management.
